I didn't start with a computer science degree. I started as a professional writer who needed better systems. When the business needed to scale, I learned how to build the infrastructure to make it happen.

Over the last decade, I've managed multi-site operations across the US, Philippines, and Thailand. I've hired, fired, and cultivated culture for teams of over 100 people. Today, I build and deploy AI-driven content pipelines and hardened digital infrastructure that drive measurable business outcomes.
